The traditional office setting is changing. While older generations got used to commuting to work and sitting within cubicle walls, newer generations sign onto a computer and meet through videoconferencing applications. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, about one in five workers do so remotely, and many take on the “structured hybrid” to work both in office or from home. As technology continues to advance and allow businesses to adapt to flexible work models, it is also imperative that employees have the right skills to navigate the remote work environment. An online business degree not only provides industry knowledge but can also equip students with the tools needed to thrive in a remote-first workforce. At American National University, students not only gain first-hand knowledge from career-experienced professionals, but they learn the skills they need to succeed in a job where they aren’t confined to the brick-and-mortar of office buildings.

The Rise of Remote Work

Remote work is no longer a trend – it’s now a defining feature to the modern workforce. While some industries were already making moves to go fully remote prior to 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic drove many more into the realm of online work environments. Businesses quickly adopted virtual collaboration tools, like Zoom, cloud-based software, like Microsoft OneDrive, and digital communication platforms, like Slack, to maintain operations during a time where many could not leave their homes. This shift led many companies to rethink office policies even when the pandemic restrictions were lifted, with some transitioning to fully remote capabilities or a hybrid model. In 2023, according to Pew Research, a third of workers with jobs that can be performed remotely do so without stepping into an office. Additionally, even those who perform in a hybrid environment work from home “three or more days in a typical week” for 6 in 10 hybrid workers.

Remote work has some key benefits for today’s workforce. For both businesses and workers alike, it has unlocked opportunities for all involved. Those include:

Eliminates geographic barriers – Employees can access careers anywhere in country, as well as internationally, without having to relocate. And for companies, this expands the talent pool of candidates for a role.

Improved Work-Life Balance – When employees are able to have flexible hours due to remote work, they have reported that it allows them to better manage their personal and professional lives. According to Pew Research, 71% of remote workers support this benefit.

Increased Productivity: Though many predicted the opposite, many remote positions are being reported to have increased productivity across 61 industries, the Bureau of Labor Statistics explains: “Our results suggest that the rise in remote work and TFP [total factor productivity] growth are positively correlated. From 2019 to 2021, the (weighted) average percentage-point increase in remote workers across industries was 14.9. This suggests that the rise in remote work was associated with an average 1.2 percentage-points increase in industry-level TFP.”

Cost Savings: Cost savings are a benefit for both employee and businesses. Employees are saving on personal expenses, like commuting costs, eating out, and even professional wardrobe costs – even saving between $600 to $6,000 per year according to Global Workplace Analytics. Additionally, employers save on building costs, lower utility expenses, and leasing, according to BLS.

How an Online Business Degree Prepares You for Remote Work

Pursuing an online business degree is a convenient way to earn a credential that will also give you excellent preparation to work in this growing realm of remote work. Online programs are built around the same principles that remote jobs demand: self-motivation, digital communication, and the ability to manage projects independently. At American National University, students join classes via Zoom videoconferencing, write discussion board responses on our Canvas learning platform, and email regularly to communicate with their support teams. Below are some benefits to earning an online education and the skills American National University will teach you to be successful:

Developing Digital Communication Skills – Remote jobs rely heavily on virtual collaboration. Online business degree programs help students build strong written and verbal communication skills through discussion boards, video conferencing, emailing, and digital teamwork, mirroring the realities of remote work. “The interaction with the instructors, even through Zoom – I will say, you guys have really mastered that online platform and being able to really communicate,” says ANU Paralegal student, Ann Burns. “We might work on something, and it didn’t really feel remote. So it was great!”

Enhancing Time Management and Self-Discipline – Working remotely requires personal accountability and organization. Online learning fosters these skills by teaching students how to manage coursework, meet deadlines, and stay productive without in-person supervision. Advice from an ANU student, Dickson Lutanjuka, reflects this dedication remote students and employees need: “Try to arrange your schedule, your timetable. Give enough time before due dates. And that’s it! It’s not something that’s too much, it’s just the matter of arranging your schedule. Set time to do your assignments and set time to do your own activities.”

Expanding Global Networking Opportunities – Remote work isn’t bound by geography, and neither are online degree programs. Students connect with classmates, professors, and industry professionals worldwide, building a diverse professional network that can lead to remote job opportunities. Kayla Spears, a Medical Billing and Coding graduate, shows this in her experiences with ANU: “[My professor] Sherry Davis is probably my favorite person. She was my biggest supporter… I love the Zoom classes, I like being able to talk to people and having my classmates [around].”

Opening Doors to Remote-Friendly Careers – Many business careers are well-suited for remote work, including digital marketing, financial analysis, human resources, project management, and entrepreneurship. An online business degree provides the knowledge and skills needed to excel in these roles. Lora Bernard found that her online education opened her to better career opportunities. She said about her new employer, “The director of the law firm said that because I went to school online, that made me more of an asset since it was a work from home position. She knew that I would be able to handle learning virtually.”

Adapting to a Changing Workforce – The workforce is constantly evolving, and professionals must be flexible. Online learning cultivates adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience—qualities that are crucial for navigating the modern workplace. For business graduate, Ashley Hart, her education had already begun helping her adapt her work while she was still attending classes. “It has already made a difference… it has allowed me to lead my team a lot better through different struggles and obstacles, while maintaining that management is at the heart of what I do… It has allowed me to shift my way of managing and leading my team.

To read more about our student successes in how ANU has helped them in this modern workforce, go to https://kentucky.an.edu/success-stories/.

Remote work is here to stay, and professionals who can navigate digital collaboration, manage their time effectively, and adapt to technological advancements will have a competitive edge. An online business degree is more than just an academic credential—it’s a practical foundation for success in a remote-first world. Whether you’re looking to join a remote team, start your own business, or advance in a flexible work environment, an online business degree can help you prepare for the future of work.

Remote work has irreversibly changed the course of modern workplaces. It’s here to stay and employers are already looking for professionals who can navigate this modern take on career. Workers who can navigate digital projects, manage their time effectively, adapt to technological advancements, and can communicate effectively through online channels have a competitive edge. An online business degree is more than just an academic credential now – it is a practical foundation for success in a post Covid-19 pandemic world. American National University teaches two types of skills – the knowledge needed to enter a field, and the skills needed to excel remotely.

The typical setting most people associate with nurses involves bustling hospital corridors or clinics where patients turn for care, tending to patients with skill, compassion, and tenderness. However, while these settings are foundational to the nursing profession, they are not the only opportunities available to registered nurses. With today’s ever changing society, the aging Boomer population, and advancements of technology, nurses can be in any area of life that doesn’t restrict them to beside care within sterile white halls. Opportunity can take RNs far beyond bedside manner. Nursing isn’t just a career – it’s a passport to a world of meaningful and even unexpected adventures.

The Unique Places a Nurse Can Work

If a nurse is seeking a different environment than a hospital or medical office, then they can find it in even the most unsuspecting places.

Cruise Ships: While cruises are thought of to be fun, there can always be causes for accidents or mishaps. Nurses can be aboard these ships to provide a wide range of medical care to passengers and crew. Carnival cruise ships employ nurses to “act as first responders” or “provide individualized outpatient, inpatient, and ICU care for guests and crew.”

Theme Parks: Theme parks are exciting and fulfill a need for adrenaline and adventure. These situations can also call for emergency medical staff to handle anything from minor injuries or critical situations. An example of this would be something called a “Disney Nurse” – those RNs that are on site for those in the parks and hotels.

Schools and Universities: Every K-12 student has interacted with a school nurse during their tenure of education. If those students continue into higher education in person, they can go to a nursing office there as well. These nurses can handle things like allergic reactions, address student health, promote wellness, and handle emergencies.

Correctional Facilities: Those incarcerated are entitled to healthcare just as anyone outside of prison. Nurses can work within these facilities – where they can mainly deal with assisting prisoners with chronic conditions. They are also there to help assist in emergencies for both prisoners, officers, and administration alike.

Forensic Nursing: When violent crimes happen, nurses that are sensitive to these situations are needed to care for victims. According to the International Association of Forensic Nurses, forensic nurses “provide specialized care for patients who are experiencing acute and long-term health consequences associated with victimization or violence, and/or have unmet evidentiary needs relative to having been victimized or accused of victimization.” They can also provide testimony for civil or criminal cases in this field, whether that is from the care they’ve given or their opinions in these cases.

Military Bases: Military bases need nursing care for the men and women who lay their life on the line to defend our country, their spouses, and their dependents. Those who have served can be military nurses or civilian nurses can work within these bases to provide care.

Midwifery: These nurses specialize in women’s reproductive health and childbirth. And they can provide care from adolescence to when women hit menopause. Some of their scope of duties, according to the Mayo Clinic, include providing prenatal and postpartum care, providing education for new parents on how to care for their newborns, supporting new parents with breastfeeding, and performing preventative healthcare through screenings and tests.

Telehealth: Something that started to grow and boom during the Covid-19 pandemic is telehealth. This has allowed nurses to do remote work in a field that is mainly seen with nurses in person. In this profession, nurses provide care through mainly video conferencing to remote locations that may not otherwise have access to such care.

Nursing is far more than a job confined to hospitals and clinics—it’s a dynamic career that offers endless possibilities to make a meaningful impact in unexpected places. Whether it’s navigating patient care on a cruise ship, providing expert legal opinion, helping those who serve our country, or working remotely, nurses have the power to shape lives in so many different ways. Nursing is a career that is flexible and bends with society’s needs – so opportunities are out there in ways many may never guess. And with technology advancing, society developing, and people changing, nurses are needed more than ever to meet the medical needs of all people. Joining the ranks of nurses who help people on their health journey isn’t out of reach! With ANU’s associate degree program, people can become nurses faster and even remotely. To learn more, check out our Nursing Career Guide to find out if this career path is meant for you.

One of the most rewarding milestones in an adult’s life is graduating from college. Years of hard work culminate into one degree, hours of dedication, passion, and personal growth born from education. However, for most graduates, once their diploma is hung on the wall, and their cap and gown put away, they ask themselves: What’s next? For some, plans have been in motion for years, and they can jump into their desired careers as soon as they find the right job. For others, the connection between what they majored in, and the professional world may not always be a straightforward path. The transition from college to career is more than just sending out resumes — it’s about bridging the gap between the academic knowledge you’ve gained, and the practical skills employers seek. However, with the right mindset and strategies, anyone can turn their degree into a successful and fulfilling career.

First: Understand How Your Degree Fits the Job Market

When graduating, it’s important to begin your search for things that relate to your major and the skills you earned during your education. For example, an English major may look for jobs that have to do with writing, editing, or communications, while a biology major looks for jobs within healthcare, research, or environmental science. For ANU students, most of our programs are designed to transfer into a career – so our Pharmacy Technician students can begin work in a pharmacy, or our Medical Assistants in a clinic, or our Cybersecurity students within a business’s security department.

However, it is important for graduates to know that careers are not strictly their majors. While pharmacy technicians are typically seen in retail or hospital pharmacies, but also within research labs or within government or regulatory bodies. Medical assistants can work within clinics or hospitals, but also outpatient care centers, research centers, or insurance companies among other opportunities. And cybersecurity professionals can work within a business’s security department, government agencies, or even own their own businesses defeating cyber criminals.

Tip: Highlight your transferable skills you developed during your studies – such as critical thinking, research, communication, and problem solving. These skills are important to every career field, so emphasize them on your resume and in your interviews.

Second: Consider Additional Certifications or Training

Sure, you just earned your degree. What more could you do? For many careers, having specific qualifications or certifications can help you find a career. If a medical assistant graduate joined our Phlebotomy and ECG Training program, this could open up opportunities in a specific part of the healthcare field. If a cybersecurity graduate enrolled in our business diploma program, they could understand more about how security affects a business or even the steps they need to take to create their own cyber security business. If a business administration graduate took our accounting diploma program, they could better understand bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable.

Tip: Online platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and others offer specialized courses that can boost your marketability. Target courses that align with the roles you’re pursuing.

Three: Network!

Networking is one of the most important parts of finding and making a career after graduation. While ANU is an online environment, our students can still network not only with each other, but their professors and faculty, too. Alumni networks are invaluable to entering your career field so that you can find people to help you find your next move.

Tip: Attend industry events and join professional organizations. For example, ANU is part of American Association for Paralegal Education (AAfPE), an organization that provides “resources and a platform for academic and professional development.” This is one of many professional organizations’ graduates can join in order to network with people within their field.

Four: Stay Open to Entry-Level Opportunities

Entry-level may not always be the ideal goal of a career, especially after putting in years of work to earn your education. However, joining these roles can not only provide you with valuable experience, but pivot the direction of your career in a place you may not have thought before. If you majored in business administration, a role in sales or customer service may still offer you some beneficial information about the market of a business or what customers are wanting. If you joined a medical assistant program, working in a physician’s office can help you develop rapport with patients and enhance your phlebotomy and diagnostic skills.

Tip: Focus on your growth potential rather. Choose roles where you see opportunities to learn and grow. Even if it’s not your ideal position, experience in your industry will make you more competitive when applying for your dream role.

Five: When in Doubt, Consult Career Services

One of the benefits of ANU education is having our dedicated Career Services team to help you navigate the world after graduating. You should rely on them to help you with many things, like resume building or editing, finding job postings tailored to your field, and even prep for interviews with mock interviews. They tailor the consultation to you and your experience/needs.

Tip: Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Nobody gets anywhere alone.

Bridging the gap between college and a meaningful career may seem daunting, but it’s an achievable goal with the right mindset, strategies, and support. Transitioning successfully involves recognizing the value of your academic experiences, honing transferable skills, and staying adaptable in an ever-changing job market. It’s a journey, not a race, so as long as you make it to your goals, it doesn’t matter how long it takes to get there. Reflect on all you’ve learned in your education, lean on those who are there to support you, and be proactive. The future is full of possibilities—embrace it with confidence and determination.

For generations, the GI Bill has served as a cornerstone of support for veterans and their families, offering an opportunity to pursue education and build new careers after military service. Whether these men and women are looking for a transition out of the military or their family members are looking to earn their education, understanding the ins and outs of the GI Bill can open doors to so many involved with our military. Many service members and veterans, however, may be asking: How does the GI Bill work? With multiple versions of the GI Bill available—such as the Post-9/11 GI Bill, Montgomery GI Bill, and more—it can be confusing to determine which benefits apply, how to apply for them, and what educational opportunities are covered. In this guide, we will demystify the GI Bill, helping those who qualify understand not only the core benefits available but also how to maximize those benefits to suit their educational and career goals.

A Brief History

The first iteration of the GI Bill came into existence in 1944, called the Servicemen’s Readjustment Act. It was signed into law by Franklin D. Roosevelt to provide World War II veterans with funds for unemployment insurance, housing, and college education. As detailed by the National Archives, “the Department of Labor estimated that, after the war, 15 million men and women who had been serving in the armed services would be unemployed.” So a white house agency, the National Resources Planning Board, studied what the post-war needs would be in early 1942 and recommended a series of programs for education and training.

The American Legion “designed the main features of what became the Serviceman’s Readjustment Act and pushed it through Congress. The bill unanimously passed both chambers of Congress in the spring of 1944” (The National Archives). And President Roosevelt signed in into law just days after the invasion of Normandy. It was American Legion publicist, Jack Cejnar, who called it the “GI Bill of Rights,” leading to the name of these financial benefits to service members throughout the years. Within the next seven years of it being signed into action, about 8 million veterans received educational benefits from this bill.

Types of GI Bill Programs

There are several different versions of the GI Bill, each tailored to different service members and veterans:

Post-9/11 GI Bill: This is the most widely used in this day, veterans and service members must have started their service on or after September 11, 2001. It covers tuition, fees, housing, and books. If your last day on active duty was on or after January 1, 2013, you can use your benefits anytime, they won’t expire. If your last day on active duty was on or before January 1, 2013, you have 15 years from your last day on active duty to use these benefits. You can get up to 36 months of benefits with this GI Bill.

Montgomery GI Bill Active Duty (MGIB-AD): The required service date depends on certain factors for this GI Bill – when you served on active duty or if your military pay decreased, for example. However, you must have served between two and four years, where the minimum amount of time depends on other factors. Click here to read more on the Veteran’s Affairs (VA) website. You have 10 years from your last day on active duty to use these benefits. You can get up to 36 months of benefits with this GI Bill.

Montgomery GI Bill Selected Reserve (MGIB-SR): This is for service members who agreed to serve for a period after June 30, 1985, and you must have agreed to serve 6 years in the Selected Reserve or you’re an officer in the Selected Reserve and you agreed to service 6 years in addition to your initial service obligation (Veterans Affairs). You can only use these benefits while serving in the Selected Reserve, once you leave, you are no longer eligible. You can get up to 36 months of benefits with this GI Bill.

Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E): Those service members are eligible to apply for VR&E if they didn’t receive a dishonorable discharge and have a service connected disability rating of at least 10% from the VA. If those service members were discharged before January 1, 2013, your “basic period of eligibility ends 12 years from one of two dates” of whichever comes later: the date you received notice of your date of separation from active duty or the date you received your first VA service connected disability rating (Veterans Affairs). If you were discharged from active duty on or after January 1, 2013, there’s no time limit to use these benefits. If you were discharged before January 1, 2013, you have 12 years from 1 of the aforementioned dates to use your benefits. You can get up to 48 months of this benefit.

The Yellow Ribbon Program: This benefit stems from the Post 9/11 GI Bill at the 100% benefit level. This can help you pay for higher out-of-state, private school, foreign school, or graduate school tuition and fees that the original Post 9/11 GI Bill doesn’t cover. Click here to read the requirements for this program.

What the GI Bill Covers

College tuition and fees: Depending on the program, your GI Bill benefits can cover full in-state tuition at public colleges or up to a capped amount at a private intuition.

Housing allowance: The Post 9/11 GI Bill provides a monthly housing stipend based on the location of the school.

Books and supplies: Veterans or service members can receive up to $1,000 annually to help with supplies for their classes.

How to Apply

Determine Your Eligibility: The first step is to verify which GI Bill program you’re eligible for by visiting the VA’s GI Bill Comparison Tool.

Gather Your Documents: You’ll need a copy of your DD-214 discharge papers, information on your desired school or program, and any prior education records.

Submit an Application: You can apply online through the VA’s eBenefits portal or by mailing in a paper application (VA Form 22-1990).

Get Accepted: Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a Certificate of Eligibility, which you’ll submit to your school’s veterans’ affairs office.

Maximize Your GI Bill Benefits

We answered how does the GI bill work? As a benefit meant to empower those who have risked their lives for our country, it is imperative that veterans and service members know what they can use within their education. The GI Bill is an invaluable resource that has empowered countless veterans and their families to pursue higher education and career advancement after military service. American National University is proud to not only have veterans working within our institution, but to also provide key benefits to service members and veterans to earn their education. In many ways, we support our military community by:

Offering understanding and support from those who have been in your shoes.

Helping service members apply their military training and education to applicable credits in their programs.

Transferring credits from other institutions to give you a head start on your career.

Providing exclusive military grants and benefits so that veterans and service members do not have to worry about the financial aspect of education after serving our country.

For international students pursuing higher education in the United States, gaining practical work experience can be a critical component of their academic journey. American National University likes to provide students with the real world experience they need in order to succeed in their desired fields by utilizing hands-on learning while working. However, international students on F-1 visas often face challenges when it comes to securing work experience due to visa restrictions. This is where Curricular Practical Training (CPT) comes into play. Understanding CPT and CPT jobs are vital for international students who come to America and ANU and want to maximize their educational experience.

What is Curricular Practical Training?

Curricular Practical Training (CPT) is a form of off-campus work authorization for F-1 visa students in the United States. It allows students to engage in employment, such as internships, cooperative education programs, or practicum courses, that are directly related to their major or program of study. This hands-on experience is often an integral part of an international student’s educational journey, giving students the chance to apply what they’ve learned in a professional setting.

CPT is unique because it is tied directly to a student’s coursework. It must be approved by ANU’s institution’s Designated School Official (DSO), [name], on page 2 of Form I-20 before the student can begin working. The work must be an essential part of the academic program. At ANU, it is only authorized for students whose programs have a practicum or experiential learning requirement.

Eligibility for CPT

To qualify for CPT jobs, international students must meet certain criteria. This includes:

As previously mentioned, the employment must be directly related to the student’s program. It should serve as an integral part of their academic curriculum.

A Practicum Proposal Form and Employment Offer letter must be submitted in order to be approved.

Students may not work unless the employment has been authorized on page 2 of Form I-20, regardless if it’s paid or unpaid.

Students can only work for the employer authorized on their Form I-20. Any change of employment will require a new CPT authorization on their Form I-20 before being able to work for the new employer.

For Undergraduate Students: those who wish to participate in a practicum experience, an experiential learning track is available after completion of 36 credit hour. Students must speak with their academic advisor for more information on if they qualify.

For Graduate Students: those who are participating in the practicum, it is mandatory to complete a minimum of 50 hours every term. Students should speak with their academic advisors if they are unsure if their program has a practicum requirement.

Types of CPT

Part Time: Students can work up to 20 hours per week while their term is in session. There is no limit on how long students can engage in part-time CPT, making it a flexible option for those who want to gain experience without disrupting their academic progress.

Full Time: Students can work more than 20 hours per week for 12 months. Any student who uses CPT for more than 12 months will not be eligible for Post-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) after graduation.

Applying for CPT Jobs

There are several steps students must take in order to earn CPT. It’s important for international students to comply with these steps to ensure compliance with their F-1 visa regulations.

Obtain a Job Offer: Before applying for CPT, students must have a job offer that is directly related to their field of study. The job offer letter should include details such as the nature of the student’s work, the start and end dates, and the number of hours they will be working each week.

Approval from the International DSO: Students must seek approval from ANU’s DSO. The DSO will review the job offer to ensure that it aligns with the student’s program and F-1 regulations. Once approved, the DSO will provide an updated Form I-20 reflecting the student’s CPT authorization.

Important Considerations

While CPT offers students valuable opportunities to their academic pursuits, there are several factors they should also consider.

Impact on OPT: As mentioned earlier, using 12 months or more of full-time CPT will make students ineligible for Post-Completion OPT, a separate work authorization that allows them to work in their field of study after graduation.

Timing: The CPT application can take time for approvals, so it is essential to plan ahead. Students should start the process far before their intended educational start date to ensure they have all the approvals they need in place.

Legal Compliance: It’s crucial to ensure all work is authorized under CPT to avoid any visa violations. Unauthorized work could jeopardize the student’s visa status and future opportunities in the U.S. Our advisors work with their students to ensure every approval is in place.

Work off Campus: Students at ANU are not forced to work only jobs on campus. As long as students get a job offer that fits the requirements, they can work anywhere that fits their field of study.

Benefits of CPT

CPT jobs are an invaluable asset to ANU’s international students. It provides them with some key benefits, including:

Real World Experience: CPT allows students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings. This gives them practical experience that enhances their resumes and allows them to prepare them for future careers. Hands-on learning is essential to every program so that students can jump into the work force without fear. For ANU alumna, Gaby Anes, “I have had the chance to implement the knowledge acquired in [my] classes into the real working world.”

Professional Networking: Working anywhere will allow you to build networking opportunities. Students in CPT will get a chance to make connections with people in their field that can help them in the job market post-graduation.

Enhanced Employability: Gaining relevant work experience during their academic program allows international students to build their resume. Work experience is vital to any field, and this can make students more competitive in the global job market.

Early Career Exploration: Students gaining exposure to their field while studying can give them more insight into what they wish to do after graduation. Gaby says, “I found a new path to follow in my professional career…and the only way I could have found that was through ANU and CPT.”

Earning Income: While CPT is mainly for educational experience, it also allows students to earn an income. This is essential for an international student to offset living expenses or reduce the financial burden of studying abroad.

International Students Should Consider Maximizing their US Education with CPT

Curricular Practical Training is an essential tool for international students who want to make the most of their educational experience in the United States. Whether pursuing part-time or full-time CPT, international students can use this opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional practice, setting themselves up for success in a competitive global job market. American National University wants to provide our international students with every opportunity they can have in order to be successful in the United States. To learn more, go to an.edu/international or call us at 833.388.1100 to speak to an admissions advisor.

With the older generations aging, both into ailing medical problems and out of the workforce, the need for nurses only grows. To educate the next cohort of registered nurses, students need flexible schooling in order to earn their degrees while going to work to support their families. Whether you’re a working professional seeking to advance your career, a parent juggling family obligations, or someone looking to switch to a fulfilling healthcare profession, traditional nursing programs may not fit into your busy schedule.

Flexible nursing programs, like the associate degree offered at American National University, offer a solution, allowing aspiring nurses to pursue their dreams without sacrificing their current commitments. By leveraging technology and innovative teaching methods, these programs provide an alternative to the rigid schedules and location constraints of traditional classroom-based learning. At ANU, our students learn in online classrooms with virtual reality applications and externships local to the clinics and hospitals near them. Our program allows students flexibility – and this is how we help them achieve their goals.

Tailored Schedules

One of the most significant advantages of flexible nursing programs is the ability to tailor your learning schedule to fit your unique lifestyle and responsibilities. Each student has their own needs – between working, caring for family, and a general balance of life. Classes that are only at one time can make it impossible for many people to become a student. Unlike traditional nursing programs, which often require students to adhere to a rigid timetable, ANU’s nursing program offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate different needs.

ANU Student, Francesca Matson

For one ANU nursing student, Francesca Matson, explored her nursing program options and found that “every around here is during the day, and I’ve always had to keep a full time job. So I really appreciate ANU for allowing people like me to do what I need to do and pursue my future career as a nurse…evening classes have really helped me a lot.” For ANU, our traditional students have to work full time jobs and take care of children, so accommodating their needs only makes sense. We want to provide education in a way that students can gain the practical skills and knowledge needed for their nursing career without having to compromise your job or other responsibilities.

Another ANU nursing student, Jimma Hall, says that ANU is helpful to those who work or have families. “ANU is pretty awesome too. It’s really convenient, they make it convenient for people that have a life outside of school, too, so that’s really nice!”

ANU Student, Amanda Bailey

Additionally, soon to be nursing graduate, Amanda Bailey, echoed these sentiments. She explains, “If you are trying to work and go to school, then it’s a great program for that. This is the only school that I actually found that would work with my work schedule… I hear a lot of moms say, ‘I would love to go back to school, but I have to work.’ And I go, ‘hey, listen to this school I go to!’”

Remote Learning

In an era where technology continues to transform education, remote learning opportunities have become a cornerstone of flexible nursing programs. These programs leverage online platforms and digital tools to deliver a comprehensive and interactive educational experience, enabling students to pursue their nursing degrees from anywhere they have an internet connection. At ANU, our nursing students take online classes, supported by not only virtual reality (VR) systems but through clinical externships local to them. Additionally, our nursing students will go through skills checks at our Pikeville, Kentucky campus to ensure that their skills are up to the test. This allows our students to keep that flexibility of learning within their lives – they can choose to attend online classes in the morning, afternoon, evening, or weekends to ensure that their education doesn’t impede their everyday life.

Additionally, learning remotely is cost effective. Student textbooks, VR equipment, and lab supplies are included in the cost of their tuition – so there’s no need to shell out pocket money for the tools they will need to succeed as we provide it to them. The financial savings associated with remote learning make nursing education more affordable and accessible to a wider range of students.

Many common questions that come from remote learning involve the community: if I attend ANU’s flexible nursing programs remotely, do I lose the opportunity to speak with others as I would in an on-campus situation. The short answer is a definite no. Despite the physical distance, remote learning fosters a sense of community and support among students. Many online nursing programs include forums, group projects, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities that encourage collaboration and networking. These online communities provide a platform for students to share experiences, seek advice, and build relationships with classmates and instructors, creating a supportive learning environment that mirrors the camaraderie found in traditional classrooms. With our associate degree program, students also get the chance to meet with their peers on campus for their skills checks, so they can meet the people they have begun to know behind the screen.

ANU Student, Jimma Hall and her family

As Jimma Hall describes her experience, “in my class, we came in together so we’re all like one big family! We all want to see each other pass, we do not want to leave anyone behind… We come in together, we’re going out together.”

Pathways to Advanced Degrees

One of the significant advantages of flexible nursing programs is their ability to provide clear and accessible pathways to advanced degrees. These pathways enable you to build upon your initial qualifications, advance your career, and expand your knowledge and skills in the nursing field. Flexible nursing programs often offer a step-by-step progression model, allowing you to gradually advance your education without overwhelming yourself with a heavy workload. Our program emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and professional development. ANU students are lifelong learners, and we hope to be there every step of the way to further their nursing skills with our flexible nursing programs.

ANU Helps You Achieve Your Goals with Our Flexible Nursing Programs

Flexible nursing programs are designed to accommodate the diverse needs of today’s students, making it possible for anyone to pursue a rewarding career in nursing. ANU understands that our traditional students are ones that work, care for family, and have lives to live outside of being a student. ANU students have more to do than just be students, and we recognize that by providing programs to schedule around their life rather than the student forced to make accommodations for their education. Whether you are just starting your nursing journey or looking to advance your career, these programs provide the adaptability, support, and resources needed to achieve your goals. By embracing the opportunities offered by flexible nursing programs, you can pave the way for a successful and fulfilling career in nursing, all while maintaining a healthy balance between your education and other life commitments.

The healthcare field is rapidly expanding, the need for medical professionals growing with that expansion as well. If you’re considering a career in this field, you might be wondering about the best educational path to take. One popular option is pursuing an associates in medical assisting. Working with both patients and behind the scenes within a clinic or medical office is a great choice to get the ins and outs of the career field. But is it worth the investment of time and money?

What are Associates in Medical Assisting?

An associate degree in medical assisting typically takes about two years to complete and is offered by many community colleges and technical schools. At American National University, our associates in medical assisting only takes about 20 months – possibly less if you have credits to transfer! This degree path is meant to give students the skills and knowledge necessary to perform both clinical and clerical work within a medical office or clinic, among many positions in the healthcare field. Students take courses in ethics, pharmacology, anatomy, and many more to get a broad understanding of the healthcare field and to work with patients they meet at every step of the way.

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics explains some of the typical responsibilities of Medical Assistants in this list:

Record medical history of patients through interview.

Take vital signs like blood pressure, weight, and height, from patients.

Assist physicians during examinations.

Give patients injections, draw their blood, or give medications as directed by physicians.

Schedule patient appointments.

Collect specimens such as blood, urine, and others for laboratory tests.

Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.

Benefits of Earning Your Associate Degree in Medical Assisting

1. Comprehensive Education:

Unlike certificate programs, an associate degree gives you a deeper understanding of the field. On the clinical side, students learn invasive clinical procedures like drawing blood or administering injections, along with non-invasive procedures like urinalysis, nutrition for health and disease, and electrocardiography. On the clerical side, students will learn administrative tasks like medical billing, using electronic health records, telephone communication, and scheduling, all with office equipment usage.

2. Increased Job Opportunities:

Many employers prefer or even require medical assistants with an associate degree because it indicates a higher level of education and training. Earning your degree can make you a competitive candidate. Not only that, but you could find work in diverse healthcare environments, including, but not limited to, hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practices, and more. From the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the “employment of medical assistants is projected to grow 14 percent from 2022 to 2032, much faster than the average for all occupations.” Along with that, as the Boomer generation ages, not only will medical assistants of their age group retire, but there will also be a greater need for medical professionals to take care of such a large generation of aging individuals.

3. Certification:

In many associate degree programs, students prepare to sit for certification exams. At ANU, students take the CPR exam through the American Red Cross, the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam, the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPTC) exam, and the Certified EKG Technician (CET) exam as part of their classes.

4. A Pathway to Further Education:

An associate degree can be a steppingstone to higher education, like bachelor’s programs in the medical field. Many ANU medical assisting students find that they want to become registered nurses after working in the field, and others move on to our Medical and Health Services Management program to become managers in the healthcare field. An associate degree provides a solid foundation for pursuing more advanced roles in healthcare – saving you time and money in the long run.

Earning an associates in medical assisting can open doors to a rewarding career with numerous opportunities for growth and advancement. While it requires commitment, the benefits of comprehensive education, increased job opportunities, and preparation for certification make it worthwhile for many aspiring medical assistants. Evaluate your goals and resources to make an informed decision about your educational path. With ANU, you can earn your degree faster and for less than other institutions. Go to an.edu to learn more.

Higher education can be a transformative experience, but for many, the cost can be a significant barrier. With tuition and living expenses rising in today’s economy, and a scarcity of jobs that could support both, adults are struggling to earn their education in this day and age. At American National University, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams without being burdened by overwhelming debt. We understand that financial stress can overshadow academic potential, which is why we are committed to providing high-quality education at an affordable cost.

Our mission is to make higher education accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial background. Our all-inclusive tuition allows us to help students focus on their studies, personal growth, and skill training rather than worrying about financial constraints. This commitment to affordability is part of our broader dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Student Successes

Whether you’ve just graduated from high school, have been out of school for a while, work full time, are a parent, or have a million responsibilities to fulfill, ANU makes it easier for our students to earn their education through our lower tuition rates.

Ellen Buerdsell: For Ellen, affordable tuition is what drew her to join us for our Medical Billing and Coding program. When researching schools to fit her new career path, ANU stood out to her from everyone else. “ANU was the first one that popped up,” she said of her research, “and they were the most affordable! And I was like, ‘Alright! Let’s give them a try!’ So, it worked out really well… They’re affordable, and easy, and flexible.”

Shelbie Ritchie: Shelbie has life-long dreams of being a doctor. To get her foot in the door of the medical field, she applied to ANU to be a medical assistant. Not only were we more affordable to other schools she was considering, but we offered her program all online so she wouldn’t have to spend time and money going to a campus. “The amount that [ANU] cost was lower, but it had more schooling for you. Also, it was completely online, where [other institution], once a week I’d have to go and meet a teacher that was out of the way that I could never reach.”

Shane Hurt: Having a family to care for affected Shane’s decision for education greatly. He knew that life didn’t pause just for him to earn his education. “Being a little bit older, having a family, I still have to work. Your bills don’t just go away when you go to nursing school… so I needed somewhere I could still manage to work and be able to pay the bills and allow myself to go to college… It was a perfect fit for me as an older, working adult.”

And not only is our tuition lower, but we work with our military and veteran students to use their benefits to fund their education.

Miranda Langford: As a veteran, Miranda was able to use her GI benefits to assist in paying for her education – and she didn’t have to jump through hoops to get it. “It was an easy process. It’s just [ANU] and the VA talking back and forth is what it boils down to basically… [ANU] made it easy, they were understanding.”

Donald Collins: The US government was offering the Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program (VRAAP) during the covid pandemic, and Donald Collins utilized those funds to earn his education. “I just made it,” he says regarding the deadline for applications for VRAAP, “I tried to encourage a lot of people to do it – why wouldn’t you?” Our admissions and financial services teams worked to get Donald the funds he was entitled to earn his education.

Support Every Step of the Way

ANU’s financial services team works with every student to come up with a plan to maintain their living while also attending school. From the moment a student enrolls, our financial advisors work closely with them to create a comprehensive financial plan. This includes calculating all potential expenses, such as tuition, books, supplies, housing, and personal costs. By providing personalized guidance and helping students explore various financial aid options, scholarships, and payment plans, our team ensures that every student has a clear understanding of their financial commitments and can make informed decisions about their education without unnecessary stress.

“We pay close attention to the student’s needs, questions, and concerns. We take pride in our appointments, and we want to make sure the student has a clear understanding of the full process,” says Vice President of Financial Aid services, Beth Overbey. Read more of the process that our teams go through with every student here.

What We Offer

Not only do we offer lower tuition costs, but we have several benefits for our students to utilize during their time at ANU:

Most of our programs are 100% online. There are no gas, room and board, or campus fees that you will have to pay for in order to attend ANU. Access us from anywhere you have an internet connection!

We have no application fees to any of our programs or degree levels at ANU.

Textbooks, learning materials, and graduation fees are all included in the cost of your tuition. You won’t have to spend $400 a term for new textbooks as we include them in your education – all accessible online! Additionally, any material you will need will be shipped directly to you at no extra cost. Lab kits, Oculus VR headsets, and more where applicable to programs have no out of pocket costs to you.

We offer scholarships, grants, credit for military training and experience, and more for those who qualify.

We have tuition free refresher courses available to every ANU graduate.

The impact of affordable tuition extends far beyond the immediate financial relief it provides. By alleviating the burden of high education costs, we empower our students to focus on what truly matters: their academic pursuits, personal development, and future aspirations. On each academic program page, you’ll find a comparison graphic for our programs with our programs cost and length in comparison to an equal program at another institution. Our commitment to maintaining low tuition fees is a cornerstone of our mission to make quality education attainable for all. We are proud to support our students as they navigate their academic journeys, providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive.

If you’re considering your next steps in education, we invite you to explore the benefits of American National University. Discover how affordable tuition, combined with a supportive learning environment, can help you achieve your dreams and build a bright future.

It is no surprise that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a boom within the last several years, flourishing in every sector – and finance is no exception to that trend. AI has the ability to analyze vast amounts of data, identify patterns, and even make data-driven decisions – all skills that revolutionize how financial institutions operate. AI is being used in many different forms in the financial industry, and there are several benefits and challenges that come with utilizing more technology.

Risk Management

With AI being able to analyze vast amounts of data with speed and accuracy, it has become a cornerstone to how businesses can assess risks. AI-powered risk assessment models revolutionize how financial institutions identify, assess, and mitigate risks, leading to enhanced security and more informed decision-making processes. Traditional risk assessment methods before AI often relied on historical data and static models, which could overlook emerging trends or subtle patterns. AI algorithms, on the other hand, can process real-time data streams, market sentiments, and diverse risk factors simultaneously.

AI-powered fraud detection systems are a crucial component of risk management strategies. These systems employ advanced anomaly detection algorithms to flag suspicious activities, detect fraudulent transactions, and prevent potential threats in real time. By analyzing transaction patterns, user behavior, and historical fraud cases, AI algorithms can distinguish between legitimate transactions and fraudulent activities, bolstering security measures and protecting financial assets. AI in banking corporations, for example, can help protect patrons of the bank from falling victim to fraud, hacking, or losing money because of how accurately it can follow trends and data.

An example of this, as explained by Hewlett Packard Enterprises, is that AI can identify fraudulent transactions. The AI can monitor purchasing behavior and compare it to historical data. “AI can flag anomalous activity, automatically alert both institution and customer to verify the purchase or transfer in real time, and if needed, take action to resolve it,” as Hewlett Packard describes.

Credit Scoring and Lending

Credit scores are integral to all things financed in today’s age. And lending goes hand-in-hand with credit scores. Of course, AI has brought significant advancements to both processes. It can help enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and fairness of credit assessments and loan approvals.

Credit Scoring

Traditional credit scoring models rely heavily on historical credit – previous loans, credit cards, bills, etc. – and a limited set of financial indicators to evaluate a person or businesses creditworthiness. While these models have been effective, they often fail to account for the full range of human factors that influence an individual’s ability to repay a loan. AI-driven credit scoring models, however, can incorporate a much broader array of data points, providing a more holistic view of a borrower’s financial health. Some of the benefits of AI in this sector include:

Expanded Data Sources: AI models can analyze diverse data sources beyond traditional credit reports, including transaction histories, social media activity, utility payments, and even educational background.

Improved Accuracy: Machine learning algorithms excel at identifying patterns and correlations within large datasets. By training on historical data, these algorithms can predict credit risk with greater accuracy than traditional models. They can also continuously learn and adapt, improving their predictive power over time.

Fairness and Bias Reduction: One of the critical challenges in credit scoring is ensuring fairness and avoiding bias. AI models can be designed to minimize discriminatory factors and promote fairness by focusing on relevant financial behaviors rather than demographic characteristics.

The Lending Process

Much like the credit scoring benefits, AI has transformed processes from application assessment, loan disbursement, and monitoring. Some of the benefits include:

Automated Underwriting: AI streamlines the underwriting process by automating the assessment of loan applications. By quickly analyzing an applicant’s financial data, employment history, and other relevant factors, AI systems can make prompt and accurate lending decisions.

Risk-Based Pricing: AI enables more precise risk-based pricing, where loan interest rates are tailored to the individual risk profiles of borrowers.

Loan Monitoring and Management: After a loan is disbursed, AI can continue to play a role in monitoring the borrower’s financial behavior. Predictive analytics can identify early warning signs of potential default – which can allow lenders to take proactive measures to mitigate risk or loss.

Customer Service

Like many sectors, AI is taking over customer service in finance. Many banks, financial services, and more have AI chatbots helping customers through their websites or phone calls. This revolutionizes the industry so that people are able to get customer support 24/7. AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants handle a wide range of customer inquiries with their access to vast amounts of datasets, providing instant assistance and reducing wait times. These intelligent systems operate around the clock, ensuring continuous service availability and cost-effectiveness, while also offering multilingual support for a diverse customer base.

AI also enhances personalization in financial services. By analyzing transaction histories, spending patterns, and financial goals, AI algorithms offer tailored financial advice and recommendations. Robo-advisors, for example, create personalized investment portfolios based on an individual’s risk tolerance and market conditions, while personal finance apps provide customized budgeting and savings tips. This level of personalization helps customers make better financial decisions and achieve their goals more effectively.

Additionally, AI can be used to create proactive engagement. As mentioned previously, AI can analyze trends and datasets to accurately predicting what a customers needs or preferences will be. For example, if a customer travels frequently – buying airline tickets, currency exchange, and more – then the bank, with the power of AI, might proactively offer travel-related financial products or services. Another would be a customer making larger purchases at furniture stores – so the AI system may predict that they have moved or are renovating a home. This could lead the bank to offer personalized home improvement loans or specialized credit card offers with rewards for home-related purchases.

Examples of AI in Finance

P. Morgan and Chase businesses have been using AI and machine learning within their processes to help detect fraud and to create data driven values for clients and customers.

LendingClub utilizes AI and machine learning to “expand seamless access to credit” for their members while creating “risk-adjusted returns” for loan investors.

Zopa launched “Borrowing Power” that uses AI to help customers borrow “at the best possible rate.”

AI is fundamentally transforming the financial industry, offering unprecedented opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and personalized customer experiences. From enhancing risk management and revolutionizing and improving credit scoring, lending, and customer service, AI’s impact is far-reaching. Financial institutions leveraging AI technologies are not only better equipped to handle complex data and market dynamics but are also positioned to deliver superior services tailored to individual customer needs. Embracing AI is no longer optional but essential for financial institutions aiming to stay competitive and meet the ever-changing demands of the market. By harnessing the power of AI, the finance industry can unlock new levels of growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, paving the way for a future where financial services are more accessible, personalized, and resilient.

Graduation is a time to celebrate all of the accomplishments you had in the pursuit of earning your education. However, after you’ve sat through graduation, earned your diploma, and had your party, what comes next? The transition from college to a career is more than just a change in status; it’s a shift in mindset, responsibilities, and expectations. It’s a journey filled with excitement, challenges, and opportunities for growth. The exploration of this new stage of life delves into the multifaceted aspects of this transition, offering insights, advice, and reflections to guide individuals through this transformative phase. From reflecting on their college experiences to navigating the job search, landing the first job, and adapting to workplace dynamics, the focus is on the essential steps and considerations for a successful transition.

Reflect on Your Education

Even though you have just completed your education, it is important to reflect on all of the skills, knowledge, and information you have learned along your journey. These formative years not only impart academic knowledge but also shape one’s character, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.

Here are three things to think about upon reflection:

Academic Achievements: Reflect on the courses, projects, and academic achievements that have been significant in your college journey. Consider how these experiences have contributed to your knowledge base, critical thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills. Remember the classes that sparked a passion or interest in you – these could take you down a career path or specialization meant for you.

Internships, Externships, and Industry Exposure: Internships, part-time jobs, and industry exposure play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academia and the professional world. Reflect on any hands-on experiences you gained in your field of study or related industries. Also utilized the connections you made with your professors at American National University as they are career professionals with their own networks.

Personal Growth: Going to college, whether you are freshly 18 or you’re 48, brings forth a period of personal growth, self-discovery, and challenges. Reflect on the obstacles you faced, how you navigated them, and the lessons learned along the way. Consider moments of resilience, adaptability, and perseverance that have shaped your character and prepared you for the challenges of a career.

The Job Search

Searching for a job in your field can be daunting once you graduate from college. There can be a sense of trepidation, whether that’s over being new to the industry, trying to land your first career kind of job, or even putting yourself out there in the job market as a whole. Securing your first job after college is significant and it requires preparation, persistence, and strategic approach. Here are some things you can do to better your search and get you into the field you have been studying for:

Career Services: Every student should rely on the career services team at their institution. From resume building and editing, job postings, and more, you can find the assistance you need to make this new task less daunting. ANU’s Career Services team help you with career advice, resume writing, interview prep, and even mock interviews.

Networking and Referrals: For many, who you know can mean everything to your job search. Networking is a great way to get your name out there, find like-minded professionals, and find new roles that you wouldn’t find browsing through career postings on Indeed. Click here to learn more tips about networking, especially in the online sphere.

Professional Development: Invest in your professional development by acquiring relevant certifications, attending workshops or seminars, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Don’t hesitate to earn more education in order to get where you want to be in your field. If you studied medical assisting, it could be beneficial for you to earn a certificate in phlebotomy. If you studied business management, it could be beneficial to you to earn a certificate in accounting.

Being Flexible and Open to Opportunity: Be flexible and open to exploring diverse job opportunities, especially early in your career. Consider entry-level roles, internships, or temporary positions that offer valuable learning experiences, exposure to different aspects of the industry, and opportunities for growth. Sometimes, these smaller roles can open you up to better positions within a company. Keep an open mind and adaptability to new challenges and opportunities that may arise during your job search journey.

Transitioning to the Workplace

Going to college is much different than entering the work force of your desired career. It can involve navigating new dynamics, responsibilities, and expectations. A college is a place to learn, make mistakes, and try new things. A career is a place to grow roots, rise to challenges, and overcoming the odds. Additionally, you should also begin to garner a sense of work-life balance. Your priorities to your job and to your family, friends, and personal life should all be weighted in their own way to keep you and those around you happy, and for you to avoid burnout.

When you land your first job, you should take the time to understand the workplace culture. Familiarize yourself with the company’s values, norms, communication styles, and hierarchy. Pay attention to dress codes, office etiquette, and professional behavior. Being able to adapt to this culture will show your boss and coworkers that you can integrate seamlessly, contribute effectively, and communicate efficiently.

As well as that, you should begin to grow your own professional network. Invest in building professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders. Actively engage in team meetings, collaborative projects, and social activities to connect with coworkers and establish rapport. Networking within the organization and industry can lead to mentorship opportunities, career insights, and future career advancements. This only bolsters your communication skills within your organization. Effective communication is essential in the workplace. You should practice clear and consistent communication in emails, meetings, presentations, and workplace conversations. Foster a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, seeking input from team members, and contributing positively to group discussions and projects. Effectively communicating not only helps you in your career, but also helps you build that network.

Managing Expectations and Setbacks

As much as we wish, the world is not perfect, and there will be times that your career and job search will have setbacks. To avoid feeling disappointment at every corner, you should retain achievable goals as compared to lofty what-ifs. Navigating expectations and setbacks in one’s career journey is a crucial skill set, requiring a blend of resilience, adaptability, and proactive thinking. You should view setbacks as learning opportunities fosters growth, encouraging analysis, feedback-seeking, and continuous improvement. Whenever you receive a rejection to a job opportunity or to an idea for a project from your boss, you should always ask for feedback as to why. Their comments can help you in the future, so you don’t make the same mistakes that give you the same results.

Cultivating a positive mindset, seeking support from colleagues or mentors, and celebrating successes along the way contribute to overall well-being and sustained motivation. Sure, setbacks are hard, but there is always crucial to find something positive even within the bad to keep yourself going. Prioritizing self-care ensures a balanced and sustainable approach to managing expectations and setbacks in the dynamic landscape of one’s professional life. Take breaks, practice stress management techniques, engage in hobbies or activities that recharge you outside of work, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Self-care enhances your ability to cope with challenges, stay focused, and perform at your best.

Navigating the transition from college to a career is a transformative experience filled with challenges, opportunities, and growth. Earning your education has already landed you in a better position for your future. As Confucius said, “Education breeds confidence. Confidence breeds hope. Hope breeds peace.” Be confident that you earned education to give you a better life, with better opportunities, and better chances. Whether you’re a recent graduate stepping into the workforce or navigating career transitions, trust in your abilities, stay curious, and remain open to new possibilities. Your career journey is a unique adventure, you can chart a path to success, fulfillment, and continued growth in your chosen career.
